I have lived here for two years and I do love everything. The manager its a very kind person and her team does a very good ... job. The community is quiet and safe. I want to take a moment and express my sincerest gratitude to Mr. Ibrahim Kamara. Shortly, after waking up today, I discovered ... that my AC unit was not working nor would it turn on. I made my way to the online portal and immediately called the maintenance emergency call number. I left a message and a few minutes later Ibrahim, reached out and I explained to him what was going on. Ibrahim showed up to my apartment maybe thirty minutes after our call. He was very polite, courteous, and very reassuring that he would fixed the problem. Couple minutes later my AC unit was back on and working. I have lived here in a two bedroom apartment for over five years and have no plans to move. The apartments have lots of windows/natural ... light, large walk-in closets and great layouts. There is plenty of parking, plus two gyms, two pools and a community room where the complex hosts regular social events for residents. Just moved in a week ago. The process for moving in was VERY easy. Stevie Dew facilitated the move fantastically. She made everything happen without a problem; new keys, postals service, directing the movers, answering questions. I usually don't wright reviews but I felt that her service was commendable! Out move was stressful up until she welcomed us in.

Been here for 3 1/2 years now with the previous management and the current. Overall, the staff are very friendly and easy to work with. If you're willing to have a dialogue and build a relationship with the people you live with, you'll be great! This place managed to transfer owners mid-pandemic and did well as you could imagine. There were hiccups with the massive package deliveries we all had. So they installed a larger mailroom locker and a system to cover the challenges.

My roommate and I have lived at Modera Tempo for one year. We have decided to move out due to wanting to live in a more walkable area, however we have loved our stay at Modera Tempo and would highly recommend it to anyone considering moving here. All of the facilities and appliances are updated and energy efficient. Utility costs are very low as a result. We’ve been residents for a little over a year. Everyone has made us truly feel at home. The entire staff has been understanding, patient, kind and accommodating to our family including our children with disabilities. Leasing office is genuine, caring and attentive. I really appreciate the leasing office staff. Glenn has helped me on so many occasions. He watches out for packages that are left outside by bringing them in and placing them in the secured lockers. The others in the office like Stevie and maintenance are wonderful too. So kind and understanding. I’ve been treated really well by all the staff. Lisa and Mai are fun and approachable.

Drove by Contempo Nova and decided to stop in to see an apartment. The community was very nice - offers convenience with the Starbucks and it's location to the Van Dorn metro. I would definitely recommend setting up a tour with them.

Been a resident here for a little over three years and after year one decided to transfer to a larger apartment. Having lived in northern VA all my life, I can proudly say, this is my favorite home among all my residencies. Throughout my time here, I've consistently encounter nothing but pleasant and professional experiences with Lisa, Mai, and the leasing team. Really great building. Love living here. Building is kept really clean and metro is less than a miles, Starbucks is just in the corner if you are coffee addict like me, also the apartment is in a convenient location.The staff is super friendly and has been so helpful,always present and ready to answer any questions you have .(especially Lisa and Britni!). BRITNI was my leasing agent from the start she is so helpful always has a smile on her face and gone above and beyond to help me.

I been living here for a couple of years. So, the shuttle to metro on weekdays is great and maintenance like Mohammad is very quick even on simple things as replacing light bulbs. The place is close to restaurants and groceries when needed. There is a bus stop for DASH and Fairfax. Britni, Lisa, Stevie, Mya and all the leasing agents are also great.
