Been here for 3 1/2 years now with the previous management and the current. Overall, the staff are very friendly and easy to work with. If you're willing to have a dialogue and build a relationship with the people you live with, you'll be great! This place managed to transfer owners mid-pandemic and did well as you could imagine. There were hiccups with the massive package deliveries we all had. So they installed a larger mailroom locker and a system to cover the challenges.

I really appreciate the leasing office staff. Glenn has helped me on so many occasions. He watches out for packages that are left outside by bringing them in and placing them in the secured lockers. The others in the office like Stevie and maintenance are wonderful too. So kind and understanding. I’ve been treated really well by all the staff. Lisa and Mai are fun and approachable.

Drove by Contempo Nova and decided to stop in to see an apartment. The community was very nice - offers convenience with the Starbucks and it's location to the Van Dorn metro. I would definitely recommend setting up a tour with them.

Really great building. Love living here. Building is kept really clean and metro is less than a miles, Starbucks is just in the corner if you are coffee addict like me, also the apartment is in a convenient location.The staff is super friendly and has been so helpful,always present and ready to answer any questions you have .(especially Lisa and Britni!). BRITNI was my leasing agent from the start she is so helpful always has a smile on her face and gone above and beyond to help me.

I been living here for a couple of years. So, the shuttle to metro on weekdays is great and maintenance like Mohammad is very quick even on simple things as replacing light bulbs. The place is close to restaurants and groceries when needed. There is a bus stop for DASH and Fairfax. Britni, Lisa, Stevie, Mya and all the leasing agents are also great.

This review is based off of my experience touring the property (I am not a resident). I am currently looking for a new apartment and I booked a tour with Contempo NOVA at the recommendation of a friend who recently moved there and is really liking it. The process of booking a tour was easy and the staff in the leasing office were helpful. Serenity was awesome and gave a great overview of the property.
